FRANTOI VENETI REDORO: quality – genuineness – tradition

In Veneto, the cultivation of olive trees boasts a centenary tradition thanks to the mild climate of the hills and Garda area, able to give life to products that are particularly appreciated by many foreign tourists who visit the territory, and by all those who are looking for more delicate and less marked organoleptic properties in the oil, compared to those typical of south Italian products.

Redoro located the oil mills in the areas of Garda, Valpolicella and Valpantena, which represent unique territories that favour the attainment of the distinctive characteristics and flavours of REDORO extra-virgin olive oil.

grezzana
GREZZANA
REDORO boasts its headquarters in Grezzana (VR), among the hills of Valpantena, at the feet of Monti Lessini where, in addition to cultivate the surrounding olive groves, it collects the best olives from over 750 agricultural producers of seven nearby valleys. Grinding of the olives takes place in the mills still using the ancient stone grinds and with the traditional cold-pressing system.

MEZZANE
Ten years ago, the company took over the ancient mill of Mezzane, located in the homonymous valley east of Verona, once owned by Count Giulio Liorsi. In this suggestive place, grinding of the olives still takes place using the ancient stone grinds and with the traditional cold-pressing system.
